They did not have a loaner available, and told me it would be about an hour. Very frustrating when you spend a fortune each month for a car that is supposed to be of superior quality! I can assure you, the tires are NOT! Kind employees, but definitely do not plan on buying another Lexus or ever bringing my car back here for maintenance. ”
